This share price demise occurred since they did a massive consolidation and attempted an early entry point into America.
The management's ego got ahead of itself before they had established the grassroots of the company's business model in its own dunghill.
Now it seems the perception with investors is that the company is flying by the seat of its pants with various claims not coming to fruition.
