The Board of Directors have an obligation to all shareholders. I note looking at the last annual report of the company that the Directors only own 730,000 issued shares out of a total holding of 127 million shares. Maybe our Directors don’t have enough skin in the game to declare a dividend ?? If I received a dividend I’d reinvest in the company at the current low prices.
