I was thinking yesterday that every NEU employee should be given 10,000 shares as a bonus.
Escrow them for 2 years.
But they have performed, and they've never ripped us apart with regards to incentive programs or salaries.
It would need to be investor led. Because I just dont think that this board would ever put that forward.
