I donot know where the market is value NEU, but even if say NEU cannot move ahead with furthur trials or we cannot make it as a deal with FDA, still the existing product have a revenue stream of approx 60-65 million annual income next year, then if we add europe, canada and japan into equation that royalty income can still increase 120-130 million annually, but if a growth prospects come that may reach upto 170-200 million of royalty income annually without another approval. Then we have milestone incomes from Europe, japan etc. Now if we can get another one, two or three approvals from FDA that means ( all three are phase 3 ) our income can reach upto 500-600 million in royalty income only. So market is not forward looking at all here. They are just where we left them. To me it is a good investment for someone who can hold, There is a minimum risk here, but yes risks are always there with every investment. So looking forward this company is still valued @PE of 10 even without anyother approval from FDA. dyor
