basically, this is a classic example why this board should have been sacked long ago !
with 20% to 40% they are not intending to do anything that reward shareholders because they wanted to pay 10.5% interest to those who lended them money recently even though company didn't require it in first place
so while some low life insto get 10.5% interest and us shareholder suck up to 3c dividend if it is what you calculated !
SACK THE BOARD is what we need nothing less is acceptable.
