What’s everyone thinking here in terms of outcomes? Is it true to think bastion needs 90% yes vote to take on our shares @ 8c…… option two would be they don’t quite get there and we would then hold our shares within Bastion which could then be delisted etc….
seems like 2 options to me - 1. either we get taken over by bastion or a 2. secondary counter offer comes thru…..
my holding whilst a bit for me would not even register in terms of voting rights (under a million shares) so I guess the lather holdings will dictate our fate.
Capital is tight in mining out there but geez 8c seems unders to me as I have expressed since the tannouncement.
