Yes of course your right. So if Clinval does do the BB then this would be unlikely to have any short-term positive impact, and those with short-termism would be somewhat disappointed in not seeing the SP climb. (Have to remind myself not to fall into that perspective.)
So any talk of a BB has to take a more long-term view on the why to do it and evaluate the benefits and risks based on that longish-term forecasting of evolving conditions in the market.
