25% of the escrowed shares will be eligible for release after GYG announces its first-half results for the 2025 financial year, provided that the share price exceeds the IPO price of $22 by at least 20% for a specified period.
The remaining shares will remain in escrow until GYG releases its full-year results for the financial year ending on June 30, 2025
