How up to date is RHC with modern technology systems? What technology service providers are they using? How is technolgy being adopted across their businesses?

Walked away from RHC as it continued to get clobbered by the market - surely with the baby Boomers rapidly aging, RHC can show some promising results to their bottom line if their systems & processes are continually modernised!?
