My first question out of 5 is in regards to his recent buying in and there are a difference of 28,497 shares that was not recorded on CS system even till almost a month later from his announcement. RG replied that CS has updated the records recently and those shares are derived from a private transaction. This is funny, a private transaction after nearly a year since last take over bid?
Tip rank upon picked up the news has suggested a strong technical sell.
So what do I think? Tomorrow, there will be some shares coming from what instead to be a 'private transaction' suddenly becomes a strong sell on the market. And in combination with the news of 'technical sell', Pact may hope it to be a perfect storm to sink shareholders' boat.
I am not an analysis but surely I can tell that if you sell, you walk away with permanently loss instead of whose sell first here. Next seller would push the price lower, but then the next on line will be selling slower and walk away with more loss.
This is funny how when RG said there is only a bunch of holders holding large shares and does not reflect the majority of remaining shareholders. Do I hear any support from the questions/answers ends at EGM that even one stood up for the Board of Directors and Pact from shareholders? None right? So what is RG on about?
Evidently, as from the recording of the EGM, I think all remaining holders need to see RG's reply of 'private transaction' and 'technical sell' from Tip rank and us, the remaining shareholders who do not speak in favour of Pact's Board and RG at all.
Ask this question and perhaps even think about the impact of selling if you were to be scare and sell out tomorrow guys? At least now you know a lot of holders are not selling out for a long time. Pact hope for us to sell out in mass quantities and at a massive loss and a couple of 'private transactions' and technical sell to instill you with fear? Do you want to sell out in loss or in scare and depress?
