I am sitting here pondering what now, so I thought to share my opinions on the forum to see if my stimulation work out right:

1) you go to edocumentview.com.au/PGHEGM2025/2025/0905/ to lodge the vote for the upcoming EGM about delisting and this is what you get


2) I click on 'lodge a proxy' button. Why? I always advocate shareholders to lodge a proxy vote because you just don't simply have enough time to cast a vote if you lodge at the meeting, and especially if you have multiple accounts and your hands are on the phone to ask questions/answers so I always lodge my votes via proxy with 4 of my accounts and the rest of the time, I can record the meeting and listen and type in questions in the chat box at the EGM.


3) you enter the next page with showing, please type in manually as I try to copy& paste and it doesn't work out because of space bar syntax error, so better just type it in manually. It's the vote so do your voting job properly .

3) Click 'Agree'

4) Type in your email and click continue


5) Follow the instruction


6. then, choose your preference, or copy mine

7.Click submit




By following this stimulation, it's no harm but also no win either as RG got 88% holding. However, many believe this would be set for records for the upcoming dates after delisting, to push for the fairer price. Your votes do MATTER!! PLEASE DO IT!

Even if you were to sell out after EGM, please I ask of you ALL, cast the votes for remaining holders that will hold on to Pact shares after delisting.
