Another thing in my opinion worth mentioning is the Title of the Chair of Meeting, namely Michael Watchtel. Just in case you guys bought this stock recently or not known of the name, basically, the Chairman is RG (Raphael Geminder). However, because of his role and also as the takeover bidder and the one through his subsidiary companies like Kins Group, Bennamon, Savage etc,,, that put votes of 88% of company shares to be in favour of delisting, he can not be the Chair of the Meeting, it then comes down to Michael Watchtel to be an interim Chairman for the upcoming Meeting to delist the company.

As you say the Chairmanof PGH is R Geminder. Per announcement “Pact GroupHoldings Ltd (ASX: PGH) ( Pact or the Company ) announces effective22 October 2024:
• theappointment of Mr Raphael Geminder as Executive Chair;
• theappointment of Mr Michael Wachtel as Deputy Chair; “

Pact has told me recentlythat RG is expected to chair the meeting , not M Wachtel. I agree that it would be better to have the EGM chaired by a truly independent person, but I do not consider Mr Wachtel to be independent. In any case PGH expects that it will be RG.

I agree with your otherpost. It is very important that ALL shareholders vote- to give the Board the clearmessage that no one believes its BS about delisting being best for “shareholders”. It is the opposite.

The EGM willbe held as a virtual meeting ONLY so you cannot attend or vote in person on theday.
