Would you care to explain?
I think they are treading a line where they appear to be too greedy in their grab, possibly treatment of suppliers, but while I suggest this I really don't know. They are clearly focused to continue to evolve, and who can blame them? The expansion of product range will see them sell old stores, build expanded new stores, .... all part of their leverage strategy. Personally, as an investor I like that they have a multi pronged conglomerate company. But as mentioned above, I suspect they may use their leverage to far in the way they treat their suppliers, like the supermarkets, which they were once a part of (Coles). I see suppliers as partners, but if it is too onerous and squeezes the supplier, that will be a weak aspect of their business. This aspect needs careful management as regulators will be quick to take down the tall poppy.
