don't you yet understand that AGM's are simply pro-forma meetings where all issues have already been sorted out with the influential parties?
when was the last time any AGM produced anything other than the status quo situation - and the directors always get their non-performance pay rises.
also, just to keep you informed, there can NEVER be any news announced at ANY company meeting because it would be considered to be breaking insider trading rules and failure to properly inform the market, so anyone hoping for enlightenment from an AGM or any other meeting is simply deluding themselves.
come to think of it - LOM shareholders, by that very fact, are already in a delusional state... now does that all make sense?
