While I agree that these stones don't make a material difference to the SP when announced, imagine where LOM and SML would be without the steady stream of these big stones.
The extra cash from these 'super specials' (which DOES actually make its way from SML to LOM eventually) has enabled us to pay off debt.

Being debt free should allow us to pull the trigger on Merlin when the time is right.

I'm struggling to construct a fair valuation of LOM that reflects the current SP.

@beaglebasher - Post bookmarked. (I presume this was ref to my % post) I'm more likely to be able to say 'told you so' than you are to me. You won't be able to say that until LOM winds up or there is an ann from the company saying the deal fell through.
