Well, the advantage would be that we can exit faster, and also set a floor to the share price, if the TO is not accepted. For those who don't plan on holding long term, a TO is the best option, and may even allow to exit substantially higher than their target. Don't think I would cry if we were to get bought out at 5 or 6. Sure, we likely go there at some point, maybe even higher, but a TO would make that immediate, a lot less stressful and eliminate the risks... So, debatable really. Good money fast or more money, more time, more risk, more stress.
