Yes I know they have plenty of cash however it's not always about raising when you need cash it's raising at the right time and minimising dilution for existing shareholders.

we've seen the market price in brilliant intercepts before, really until todays ANN and we've gone the next leg up, I expect the next few announcements will be priced in off the back of day and therefore will be a brilliant chance to raise cash at a non dilutive level before the next leg up.
