re: Ann: $20M Rights Issue Announcement, Offe... SaberX, for a single-project, micro-cap developing a greenfield project to get 100% debt financing is impossible, especially in such an awful market like this. This is a great result. Most small caps can't even get funding to kick off their projects in this market. All credit to this management for finding the debt and equity to develop the project. Now if they can execute the construction on time and on budget the share price will fly.
