at Festival Square Valued at ~$20m Highlights:
• SRG Global has secured a specialist facades contract valued at ~$20m
• The contract is for the $1 billion Festival Tower development in the Adelaide CBD
SRG Global Ltd (‘SRG Global’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: SRG) is pleased to announce that it has
secured a specialist facades contract in Adelaide valued at ~$20m.
The contract is with Built on behalf of Walker Corporation to design, supply and install specialist
engineered curtain wall facades at the Festival Square development located in the Adelaide CBD,
South Australia. The c.$1 billion Festival Tower mixed-use commercial and retail development will be
Adelaide’s tallest all-electric office building. The building will be targeting 6 Star Green Star and 5.5
Star NABERs and will plug into South Australia’s growing renewable power resources allowing a shift
away from fossil fuels. The new project will start immediately and run for approximately 18 months.
