now that is an easy question to answer
Throwing a large amt at an unproven resource , is completely different to the daily trading of a retailer. Also , dont forget they wanted this raise done very quickly . Market forces dictate what you can raise and how much in the short timeframe. Getting this away at 10c given sp is rarer than you would think.
