    if one doesn’t have a spare $30k but has lots of tso..

    Do you sell on market today (30c) , give up a cgt benefit on hope to get allocated 30k , but then find allocation of 30k is oversubscribed

    what’s the tipping point for such a decision- just hold or have a crack?
