No, shares issued would usually be in escrow for a certain amount of time. Don’t know specifically for TSO and I can’t check since I’m on my phone
Even if by any chance they were Tribeca couldn’t influence it by much anyways since from memory they were only offered 900k shares in lieu of payment. Check daily trade volumes even if they were to dump it all at once which is stupid from a business point of view it wouldn’t be enough.
