Not sure I would agree with "everyone scrambling for 2 pips". You make it sound like a Boxing Day sale. Reckon a few have done the maths and weighed up the risk and decided it's not worth it as you could in fact finish up worse off if your timing is out of kilter with the news flow (any day now).
