I'll be applying to take up my $30,000. I reckon many on the TSO threads will do the same and the SPP will end up oversubscribed. I hope the BoD exercises its right to accept oversubscriptions to the maximum allowed under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 & 7.1A.
An oversubscribed SPP will send a strong positive message to the market which will encourage further investment into the company by retail investors. Further, by accepting oversubscriptions, the Board will be acknowledging the past support of retail investors who have stood by TSO from the early days.
