Alot of govs all over do this sort of things, sometimes just in grants,
interesting or not so pump to me.... 21mil investment, its not really an interest , just a waive of fees. but still if the uplimit is 21mil means we will be producint something, and the gov could sitll get more if we produce more.
our million ceo need to come out and be more exactabout costs to produce and production estimates. as the market is not believing him muchat all at 2c MC, yep 2c untill we produce sell and profit.
