What about the other possible site for P1?
Iam starting to think it could be Portugal.
They also have copper and nickel mines in the south and therefor lots of sulphuric acid!
As @maxi posted yesterday, the government will fund projects that seek to produce Lithium chemicals in Portugal not the ones exporting concentrated minerals to anywhere in the world build factory's.
The income from this added value needs to stay in Portugal.
