I get the impression that the US & Australian markets & REITs are in very different positions.
It's been nearly 3 years since the height of COVID, you'd think if rents & occupancies were going to materially fall (due to WFH) they would have done so by now?
IMO we just need to worry about 'normal' recession issues.
So happy to hold here & ride it out.
If there is going to an issue with COF I don't think it will be Jun-23, but Dec-23 or Jun-24.
