While I congratulate BLK for getting funding, a few things to consider.

In my opinion, and I do not know anything that ias not public

It is not a good look to get funding 2 or 3 days before the annual report was to be announced.
My take is that the funding had to be announced, so the auditors would sign off on BLK being a Going - Concern.

I would not be surprised in the annual report, if there are some current liabilities which have not been paid out yet.

There were some shares issued recently that converted consulting fees to shares.

I am very sceptical about these pipe funding deals. They only help to paint a picture to auditors and regulators that the company is solvent.

I hope I am wrong, would love to see BLK back to 8 cents.

BLK also need to stop releasing resource upgrades and just produce gold under $1250 AUD per oz.

Nothing else matters.
