I have held LRS for several years. A few years ago I was disillusioned with CG's performance. He never responded to shareholders valid concerns and appeared to have a contemptuous attitude when he communicated with shareholders. As a result I sold most of my shares. I had simply lost confidence in management. Fast forward a few years and much has changed. CG has upped his act and managements relationship with shareholders is excellent. Long may it continue! I subsequently bought back in and I am very pleased I did so. Management has supplemented the team with excellent appointments and I believe this expertise has made a big difference. The task looking forward is for management to transition from an explorer to a producer. This is never an easy task and requires different people with different mindsets and skillsets. CG and Vilensky could remain in charge but Mister Market will demand top quality production people to move the company to the next step. The danger in the meantime is that a major producer will mount a TO. The Lithium potential is now obvious and it is up to the LRS management to actively move towards being a producer. If they are not up to the task, they should move aside and let others take over.
