Sell enough to free carry what you outlaid for LRS then reinvest to build a bigger nest egg, Sell a further amount when they reach 50-60c reinvest and finally sell the rest when in production $1.50 - $2.
I'm retired so my circumstances vary from yours you may decide to keep them for a dividend.
T/O is different you can sell until a TH price usually heads North because investors don't want to miss out on the offer, the board will call a meeting with the offer and we vote on it. If 51% vote Yes the company is taken over and dissolved and we get sent our portion of the holding.
This can also depend on what's up for grabs, LRS could do a deal for just Salinas and keep the other tenements who knows!!
