I am a relatively new shareholder (Jan this year when the overhang from the last raising cleared and it started breaking out) so I must admit I'm a little in the dark as to the history behind the strong criticism of the Chairman.
In a nutshell what's the main thrust of the issue?
It's a critical time right now and my naive view is: why is a top down overhaul seen as a inarguable positive for the company and shareprice? To me its simple - at this stage either the drug is good and a deal will happen or it ain't.
Do you think it ain't and they are just raising now for a last continuation of their personal revenue stream?
