I am a long sufferring shareholder who has watched this management team treat the company as their own without putting their own money in. Salaries are way out of line with industry practice.
I have always believed in the science. The drug is good and I am confident a deal will be done with or without the chairman. I am simply not happy at the shareholder wealth destroyed over the years by an inexperienced (pharma) chairman. You just have to look what he has done to ATIF shareholders.
I would be interested in which directors plan to put their hand in their pocket for this raising, and for how much?
