How can this get up, the 2 directors hold above 25% - if they thought it was time to abandon the pursuit of the claims surely they would do it. I think the third director also has shares so that this would be closer to 30%. Looking back at this - looks like late arriver now locked in and seeking to unlock value without understanding the history and the potential claims this company has. Just a waste of money calling a meeting. Time for me to purchase some shares - I have suffered losses elsewhere and never seen any director prosecuted - A worthwhile cause to invest in.
