@dan1, @joewolf - you are right about the odds of the resolution passing if it is not supported by the board.

But what I do not understand is, why are you so fervently against liquidation? Do you think the residual legal claims have material realisable value (despite bing valued by the board at $nil)? Are there other reasons you are against liquidation?

It's been almost 3 years since BHD relisted and neither NTA nor the share price have materially moved over that period. Some money has come in but it's all been spent on legals and directors' fees. On the face of it, BHD is like a rat on a treadmill, and liquidation would to me thus seem an attractive option.
