Indeed, it does appear that the great majority of the activist shareholders votes came from their shares and Arbiter. Apart from voting their own shares for themselves, it was a spectacular victory for the board and chairman delivered by independent shareholders votes.
Several months of campaign by the activist shareholders have led to a crushing rejection of all their resolutions.
I think this is a great day for the company and shareholders who both demonstrated integrity in this whole process.
Given the clear results of this vote, I think Mr Welker, Mr Williams and Vitrinite should publicly apologise to shareholders, the board and employees of X64 for their disrespectful campaign.
