This Story and Background History Takes the Cake

Put Philsaga's place worse; Natives divided
Lawyer Raul Villanueva, the current President of the Filsaga Mining Corporation, has slammed his move to take down Australian businessman for plotting him as the mine's top executive.
According to the open letter released by Villanueva by Media arrests and handed out to 2,000 mine workers last week it revealed Australian partners' desire to remove her as President of the board of directors these Australian partners are ASX:X64 has 40 percent share in Philsaga.
Last week another injunction from the Davao City Regional Trial was served to Philsaga that was supposed to expel Villanueva but it was unsuccessful because of the blockage of the tribe supporting Villanueva.
It is also known that Australian investors have appointed a retired police officer known as Joseph Mahusay to be the servant of Villanueva.
In the same open letter, Villanueva reiterated the statement to Australian partners that their Philsaga-appointed officials were just dummies and they would still be the ones to follow all decisions.
The settlement defaulters USD 4,837,221 representing the operational costs and royalties of indigenous peoples who own the land acquired by Philsaga in Rosario, Agusan del Sur.
According to the information gathered by RMN DXBC Butuan, the cause of the quarrel between the mine owners is related to the issue of royalty shares among the tribes.
Note, back in 2003, when Philsaga Mining started exploring San Andres Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, Rodrigo families already filed their protest at the NCIP Regional Office for violation according to FPIC.
Between 2006 and 2007, Bunawan Brook Manobo Tribal Council signed their intention to apply for CADT or Certificate of Ancestral Domain located at Bunawan Brook in Agusan del Sur.
One, according to a former NCIP employee, suggested Bunawan Brook Manobo Tribe Council to be included in the claim of areas of San Andres, Consuelo Mabalili, San Marcos and others. The goal is clear to include the area currently under construction in Philsaga.
This is the path of birth of BMADC or Bunawan Manobo Ancesstral Domain Council that includes Bunawan Brook under the leadership of Neneng.
The BMADC move has been strongly opposed by Rodrigo's family. But despite the violation of Rodrigo's family was awarded according to CADT 136 to BMADC for the assistance of former NCIP officers, although it's against Manobo's culture since they are already outside Rodrigo's area.
Since CADT has been awarded, PHILSAGA has done nothing except giving Royalty Share to IP claimants even in accordance with rightful claimants and BMADC. There are people from NCIP who are doing kumboya just to be awarded.
Until now Rodrigo's are continuously questioning the legality of the royalty shares given by the group illegally and since 2007 they haven't gotten any shares from Philsaga.
In 2019, Rodrigo's wrote complaint to NCIP Caraga participating in investigation where NCIP attorneys are qualified to investigate Rodrigo's complaint and it's Atty. Mark victor bernal and atty. Monato with geodetic engineers of ncip caraga.
After the validation of Atty. Bernal the team leader in his report stated that the Rodrigos are the ones who live in the area of the Philsaga mine and they are the rightful claimants.
Rodrigo's complaint is still pending at the NCIP Caraga office.
This tension in Philsaga relates to the company’s disbursement of royalty shares which according to the source was 400 million in the past 5 years.
