Only difference BTW PLS and VRC is that it only took PLS a couple of years to hit it's straps.
VRC has been battling for 20 YEARS!
Time already has told.
Just hopeful we can get a favourable DFS and funding, then maybe LT holders can recoup some losses.
I blame m'ment, not the market. They screwed us last raise. Can't argue with that!
Hopefully PC acts in interests of SH'S and not just the sophs.
