I am beginning to think that this is tied in with CR.
$0.8 X 15M Shares = $ 12M share value
$25m sales minus $12m = $13m. Therefore, the Buyer is effectively getting a machine for free.
Could be way off with that assumption however if I am proven to be Correct, then a Precedent has been set for future companies to use Options.
Just my thoughts.
