For diamond drilling 32m per 12 hour shift per rig would be perfectly average depending on ground conditions.
As the holes get deeper the drilling will get slower. Anything from 20m / 12hr shift to 60m / 12 hr shift is normal. If they're using directional drilling (generally unnecessary for exploration in my opinion) then cost per metre increases rapidly and progress slows to <20m a shift.
While there is usually a minimum cost per shift (above about 20m per shift) you generally get charged per metre.
