I have absolutely no problem with the cap raise. Asic should however fully investigate all sales 24 hours prior to the raise. It is blatantly obvious there has been insider trading. Quite appalling. There needs to be a full and proper investigation and I would suggest prosecutions would ensue.
Chances of that are probably buckleys and none. But that’s what should happen.
