I have topped up (materially). This provides some clarity around funding which could shape up to include loans from ECA and possibly NAIF and a host of policy banks. This raises the likelihood of success on financing, not to mention the possibility of higher leverage, lower interest costs and a more favourable debt amortisation schedule. All IMO and GLTA.
