    Just saying how I see it.
    I was bearish on this stock when it was $2+ and going up. Lots of people called me foolish then...not so much now.
    Happy to be proven wrong by those who know better though.
    It would be good to know your list of "numerous large scale projects in the area".
    This region is dead at the moment.
