    Hi @6beersaday - there will be no sell down of any placement shares as they went to long term investors - including GMD who are an existing cornerstone investor.

    GMD with a $4.1 billion market cap look like a likely acquirer of GG8 when the time comes.

    Plenty of results and announcements imminent to keep the momentum running hard.
