    yes...they are issued....but they most likely will not be sold because there is not nearly enough volume to sell...especially since they would receive a price lower than the share price now. So they would lose in selling...

    Those shares will most likely hit the market around %50 and %100 return on $1 if that early.

    The selling today is stop loss manipulation...and squeezing retailers...
