the 12% is Corprate Overhead & Capital Raising.
6% is the normal figure for CR, i.e. $1.5m on $25m raise (very normal).
a further $1.5m (the other 6%) of Use of Funds for Corporate overheads/ASX listing fees etc, again very very standard for a company in a growth phase.
