    Meteoric Resources NL (Company) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities inaccordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending release of an announcement regarding completionof the transaction to dispose of the Juruena Gold Project, Brazil.The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to thecommencement of trading on Tuesday, 4 April 2023.
