At every turn in courts and out, ISX has met with defeat. ASIC is investigating ISX for something. ASIC has collected data from third parties, international at that. The investigation is ongoing and ASX has said the suspension won't be lifted until that investigation is complete. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if these various legal actions by ISX are a method of forcing disclosure on the state of the ASIC investigation.
