    Does this increase our value from $10million MC? Probs not but the buy v sell looks encouraging.
    Everyone is waiting on Canadian rock chips but these land holdings aren't to be sniffed at. 3 bites at the cherry with PR1. Hopefully we can get a nice boost the SP before we need a CR.
