Hi @GravityWaves I feel comfortable this is a completely different transaction than Pacific Road. Difference is from memory Pacific Road CR was them solely buying capital and loaning funds to the tune of approx 60million funding package as a single party. Retail were not going to be involved in that offer. Once its underwritten provided that none of the default clauses are breached which are often external factors like a market crash the raise will occur.
