    Right... a 5 for 4 rights issue at 1.5c. 1 option for every 3 shares issued at exercise price of 3c expiring in October 2020 (gee I hate these option issues that keep a lid on the stock price)!

    So, the stock price is unlikely to exceed 3c till end of Oct 2020, or market cap of less than $90m throughout this time.
